For this challenge you will be getting my personal HIIT workouts that I use to stay lean, strong & fit.
My workouts are for everyone! We will be working off time which allows anyone and everyone of all fitness levels to participate. The best thing about my workouts is you can go as fast or as slow, and lift as heavy or as light as you wish. The aim of the game is to better yourself and this takes ownership. By owning your workout & progressing week by week you will start to feel what fit feels like.
My sessions are no more than 30min! Power packed with bad ass functional movements that will increase the quality of your life.
